Yili brick making machine or block making machine is very popular. It is easy to operate with switch or electric box. The block mold can be replaced easily by the user and the mold size, shape and numbers can be customized according to the customers’ requirement, such as wall blocks, supporting blocks, roadblocks, lattice wall blocks and road edge stones. It is a cost-effective brick machine with cheap price but stable performance.
The raw materials can be coal gangue, various slags, construction waste, ceramsite, stone, sand, cement and others. They will be mixed into concrete and fed into the block mold to make brick or block.

Different block molds are available. The customer can also send his mold drawings and we can customize it.
Stationary block making machines with concrete storage hopper can work together with concrete mixer and belt conveyor. The concrete mixer mixes the raw materials into concrete and later delivered into the storage hopper by belt conveyor. This will improve the working efficiency greatly.
4-26 model block making machine has the function of delivering the finished blocks automatically, and can make into an automatic block making line with palletizer. Yili JS500 twin shaft concrete mixer and PLD800 concrete batching machine are also one part of the block production line.
