Rated at 60 m³/h, the plant is slated for road and commercial foundation works around Abidjan. Buying direct cut middleman markups out of the deal entirely, and our field team lands on-site next month to erect the steel, run calibration loads, and train the contractor’s local crew.

JS1000 Twin-Shaft Mixer: The twin-shaft drive pulls batches together in roughly 40 seconds. We fitted high-chromium alloy liner plates and mixing blades to handle the abrasive quartz and river sand common in West African quarries.
Closed-Loop PLC Dosing: Automated batching skips manual guess-work. The scale hoppers measure aggregate, cement, water, and plasticizers to within a tight ±1% tolerance, cutting lost cement stock on big pours.
Direct Tech Dispatch to Côte d’Ivoire: We don’t just ship crates and leave a manual behind. Two factory mechanics fly to the project site to supervise mechanical alignment, test wiring, and certify local operators.
13-Month Manufacturer Warranty: Standard trade warranties stop at 12 months. We added an extra month of bumper-to-bumper structural and electrical coverage to protect the buyer through initial commissioning and rainy-season runs.
